Cloudberry jam
A great thing about cloudberries is how versatile they are. They can add some sweetness to my camembert cheese, my breakfast pancakes or a lovely orange colour to my food photography setting.
Here is a great and simple recipe for cloudberry jam.
Recipe for 2 jars
1 kg cloudberries
500 g sugar
Preparation:
1. Rinse the berries.
2. Pour the ingredients in a large pot and put the lid on. Leave for 2 hours.
3. Gently cook for about ten minutes on low heat. Keep the lid on the whole time.
4. Pour into two clean, warm jars and let cool completely. Store in a cool place.
